Regarding BoseIronFactory.

BoseIronFactory is headquartered in Teshikaga, a town located in the northeastern part of Hokkaido, Japan.
Although Teshikaga is a small town with a population of around 5,000, it is actually an ideal location for developing golf clubs.
From spring through autumn, the climate resembles that of Scotland—the birthplace of golf—while the winter brings extremely harsh conditions, with temperatures dropping as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius.
Turf that survives and takes firm root through such a severe winter becomes incredibly resilient.
Irons and wedges crafted through repeated live-ball testing—hitting tens of thousands of shots on this tough turf—deliver exceptional turf interaction from any lie, serving as a reliable weapon for golfers around the world.

Nowadays, everyone who sees it says the turf is in fantastic condition, but it wasn't always like that.
Because I purchased a vast tract of abandoned farmland that had long been neglected, I had to spend the first three or four years after relocating the headquarters clearing weeds and improving the soil.
BoseIronFactory is a minimal golf club manufacturer founded by its representative, Falcon Matsubara, who single-handedly handles almost all of the work, from weed removal and soil improvement to grass cultivation.
While handling these miscellaneous tasks, we also conducted research on turf and club testing at nearby golf courses, and now we have a testing environment that surpasses that of major manufacturers.

BoseIronFactory is a boutique golf club manufacturer run solely by me, Falcon Matsubara; however, I am supported by a network of Japan’s leading master craftsmen.
These experts provide specialized skills—in forging, grinding, CNC milling, and plating—that would be impossible for me to achieve on my own.
Each is a top-tier artisan in their field, and I, too, take pride in my own craftsmanship regarding the development, design, testing, and assembly of golf clubs.
In particular, my work in "Club MOI Matching"—grounded in physics—is world-class in both reputation and reality; I have worked with top professionals, including prize-money champions on the Japanese tour, and have crafted clubs for numerous successful players.
